Hampshire County Cricket Club
LDA has an exclusive agreement to promote the land around the Ageas Bowl, home to Hampshire County Cricket Club, Hilton Hotel, and Beefy’s Restaurant.
It is vital that the Club retains its position as a leading community asset for both local and county-wide stakeholders. The business has its own charitable foundation and supports several local causes and works closely with the university.
In order to survive and thrive as such a crucial facility, the Club will be assisted by LDA in developing surplus land around the stadium for a residential led mixed use scheme with threefold objectives (1) improve operational matters, (2) enhance customer experience, (3) raise funds to reduce club debt and supporting a world class sporting venue with a secure future.
